Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at KOGI Store. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably across Lebanon.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery within Lebanon takes 2–4 business days from the time of dispatch.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50 USD.
  • A standard shipping fee applies to orders below $50 and is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you do not receive your tracking information, please contact us at info@kogistore.com.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) at info@kogistore.com with your order number and photos of the damage where applicable. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. KOGI Store is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt or refusal at the door, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
