How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery across Lebanon takes 2-5 business days from dispatch. You'll receive an SMS confirmation once your order is on the way.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Standard delivery across Lebanon starts at a flat rate, with free shipping available on qualifying orders.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — enjoy free delivery on orders above $50. You'll see a progress bar in your cart letting you know how close you are to unlocking free shipping.

Do you deliver outside Lebanon?

At the moment we ship only within Lebanon. If you'd like us to consider your country for future expansion, drop us a note via the contact page.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation with tracking details. You can also log in to your account to view real-time order status at any time.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of being placed, as long as they haven't been dispatched. Contact us right away through WhatsApp or email if you need to make a change.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as all major credit and debit cards processed securely through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely. We offer easy exchanges and returns on unused items in their original packaging. Just reach out to our support team and we'll guide you through the process.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Are returns free?

If the return is due to a defect or our mistake, we cover the return shipping. For other reasons (changed your mind, wrong size, etc.), a small return shipping fee may apply.

Are your products covered by warranty?

Yes — every product is backed by a quality guarantee. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

How do I know which size or variant to choose?

Each product page includes detailed dimensions, materials, and (where relevant) a size guide. If you're unsure, message us on WhatsApp — we'll help you pick the right option before you buy.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional but makes tracking orders, managing addresses, and reordering faster next time.

How can I contact customer support?

The fastest way is via WhatsApp using the floating chat button at the bottom-right of any page. You can also email us through the contact page and we'll respond within one business day.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant secure checkout. We never store your payment card details on our servers, and your personal information is handled with strict confidentiality.
